The recruitment process for the 2 roles mentioned above was absolutely seamless. Max took on board everything we went through in the really useful introductory call, from salary bracket and experience to how this role sits within the structure and the potential progression on offer to ensure we had suitable candidates who had had their expectations managed effectively.
