I’ve engaged Forward Role on numerous occasions to help build up our digital teams. Forward Role demonstrate really strong expertise across the different levels I’ve been recruiting for and are able to conduct nationwide searches to cover many locations (including London and Manchester) to find the best digital talent. Their breadth of market knowledge across data, product, digital marketing alongside their ability to conduct screening interviews is invaluable. Thank you to the team for their hard work and success to date.

It has been great working with you all at Forward Role, the process is super smooth and always transparent, which is exactly what we look for in our agency partners! As a result, we have 2 amazing product guys in/ joining our team!

Really great experience. Dan got to know what we needed and presented some really good candidates. He didn’t bombard us and the CVs we got were pretty much on the money. I was impressed.

Sophie was great. She managed the process between us well and I ‘d have no hesitation in putting other roles out to Forward Role as a result.

The recruitment process for the 2 roles mentioned above was absolutely seamless. Max took on board everything we went through in the really useful introductory call, from salary bracket and experience to how this role sits within the structure and the potential progression on offer to ensure we had suitable candidates who had had their expectations managed effectively. For both roles we were presented with really strong candidates. The process was clearly communicated and progressed quickly due to Max's communication speed and collaboration with both the hiring team and the candidates. He was also able to leverage people in his existing network, and as such it's no coincidence that we placed 2 candidates so quickly. The weekly updates from yourself were also really useful, particularly given the multiple departments and disciplines which we were recruiting across.

Tom was excellent, not too pushy or overbearing. Sent good profiles in a tough market and kept me updated.
