Hi, I’m Ben!  I’ve joined Forward Role as the Senior Contract Recruitment Manager, with the aim of developing and growing our Contract Recruitment function. Individually, I aim to specialise across the Technology and Change and Transformation markets.

I started in Recruitment as a Graduate/Trainee in 2019. Following my training, I opted to specialise within the Contract Change & Transformation market, across the Consumer/Commerce industry. I’ve been fortunate enough to provide solutions and accelerate the delivery of transformation initiatives across many exciting organisation. I’ve also built and led great teams across Change & Transformation, Software and Data. I’m hugely passionate about enabling my colleagues to reach their individual goals and making sure I do my bit to allow the organisation to achieve it’s objectives.

I’m originally from Cambridgeshire, but moved to Nottinghamshire following University. I love to spend time with family and friends, watching football, trekking far and wide to find great places to eat and I’m also a big fan of holiday’s and city breaks.

 

5 Quick Questions:

1)     Favourite Boxset of all time:

I love a series, especially a crime-drama… Luther & Line of Duty stand out. However, I love a comedy too, and Phoenix Nights is top drawer.

2)     Tipple of Choice:

I’ve been sober since January 2023 and have since drank all the Coca-Cola I’ve been able to get my hands on.

3)     Spirit Animal:

I had to take an online quiz to find the answer to this. Apparently I’m a Lion… a born leader, with a deep sense of passion and righteousness. I’ll take that all day long!

4)     Favourite Album:

Everyone says this, but I think I have one of the most eclectic Music tastes to ever exist. Too many to list them all… I love all things Indie, Britpop, SKA , R&B/Rap. BUT… I think anything Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin probably just about gets my vote.

5)     Talent for:

Coaching. Enabling people to develop personally and professionally. I’m also a problem solver and love creating new solutions.
