The IR35 liability shift, from the contractor to the end client, is set to be one of the biggest changes to ever occur with the private sector contracting market. As the 6th April deadline is fast approaching, we’re hosting an open evening discussion, all around IR35.

We’ll be talking about trends across the North West, how individual businesses are managing risk and how you can ensure maximum compliance with minimal risk. We’ll go over the pain points that businesses we work with are facing, as well as proposing solutions. There’ll be discussion around liability, cost increases and we'll help provide clarity on all of your unanswered questions!

You’ll hear from Dan Haydon who heads up our Contract division here at Forward Role, as well as Zac Donlon and Paddy Wells who lead our Contract Technology and Contract Marketing teams.

We’ll also be joined by Adam Shaw from Advance, who’ll discuss your options going foward, from an accountancy compliance route.

There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, so if you’re unsure about how to prepare for IR35 coming into force, make sure you come along to our event.
