Our client is a scale-up brand in the employee wellbeing space who are looking for a B2B marketer who is experienced in Account Based Marketing and is looking for a new challenge.

We’re looking for a creative, results-orientated marketer to help scale the marketing activity to help take the business from an early-stage product to a scale-up.

You’ll report to, and work closely with the Head of Marketing, and you’ll be embedded within the cross-functional commercial team, working closely with the broader marketing team and others across the business, to develop interest in the product across the UK and beyond.

We’re looking for someone who has a great understanding of the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Marketing and Sales) and, most importantly, has a genuine interest in the wellbeing space.

What we’re looking for…

● A marketing professional with a minimum of three years in ABM Marketing roles in a B2B SaaS setting (bonus points in a start-up/scale-up environment) with clear evidence of impact

● Proven track record of running successful multi-channel ABM campaigns: defining campaign strategy and execution, using innovative, targeted ABM strategies to drive impact

● Can thrive in times of ambiguity and is willing to pitch in to help in other areas of marketing outside of core responsibilities

● Results orientated with a data driven approach to understanding the audience and improving results

● Capable of managing several projects at once in a fast-moving environment

● Has a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box for new campaign ideas

● Has strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing compelling copy

● Enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, and open to new ideas

● Good knowledge of marketing systems (CRM and Email Marketing Software)

● Passionate about employee wellbeing and engagement

What the job involves…

● Owning the planning, development & execution of all ABM projects to engage with target accounts and drive sales opportunities

● Executing on tactics in the ABM campaigns e.g. copywriting, direct mail, webinars, email, content personalization, events, presentations etc.

● Working cross-functionally with the full commercial team (Marketing and Sales) to build and run multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns

● Proactively think about how to engage with more accounts, considering how best to segment for the most effective strategy

● Map and research key target accounts, adapting strategies when a specific account or need within an industry is identified.

● Working closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign content and messaging are aligned against target audiences and verticals and to Identify the most effective marketing materials,

channels, and messaging for key accounts
