Forward Role are incredibly excited to be partnering with a Brand that is known by the millions, with the recruitment of a brand new Affiliates Manager to reshape their affiliates function. Teaming up with a London based affiliate partner, you will have a fresh approach to Affiliates. The Head of Performance is looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially astute and will have the passion to drive the business to the next level of success, and beyond.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Seeking new online affiliate partnerships to drive traffic to the company digital affiliate programme
• Manage affiliate partner relationships to optimise and improve current deals
• Ensure regular and timely communication with all affiliate partners via all methods of communication
• Monitor affiliate partner performance and optimise campaigns accordingly to ensure profitable returns
• Demonstrate a can-do approach both mentality and in attitude,
• Review and report on affiliate activity and performance including acquisitions, retention and attrition
• Ensure affiliate tracking codes are in place and working correctly
• Produce regular reports on affiliate partner performance
• Monitor budgets spend and payments to affiliate partners
• Monitor Affiliate partner websites to ensure they are compliant

Your skills & experience:

• Previous Affiliate Marketing experience (3 years minimum), either in-house or agency
• Strong negotiation skills 
• Ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally
• Driven with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Confident communicator that can liaise with senior management and affiliate partners when required
• Highly enthusiastic and motivated
