Brand Manager

Brand & Communications Manager

£35,000 - £45,000 (experience dependent)

Manchester

Hybrid – 3 days in the office per week

Forward Role have partnered with the UK’s premier intensive driving course agent to find a dynamic Brand & Communications Manager to join their marketing team!

About the role:

  • Lead the management of email and SMS campaigns using DotDigital, from concept through to analysis, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Master our data capture and integration processes, working closely with the Tech team to streamline and optimize our database.
  • Innovate and manage marketing programs to meet business goals, constantly analysing performance to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with our Designer to produce compelling, brand-aligned visuals and assets across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with Product Managers to ensure our Customer Apps' content is engaging, informative, and perfectly on-brand.
  • Oversee our brand's representation on third-party sites, working in tandem with our Acquisition and Customer Happiness Managers.
  • Take charge of brand development initiatives as required, managing the flow of brand and content projects within the team.
  • Ensure all on-site content is current, compelling, and strategically aligned with our objectives.


What they are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with substantial hands-on experience in email marketing.
  • Experience optimising campaigns based on insightful data.
  • Exceptional content creation skills, with a sharp eye for detail and brand tone of voice.
  • Solid experience with email marketing tools, from crafting templates to setting up automation and implementing forms.- Proficiency in using CMS and Excel, able to transform data sets into meaningful, presentable insights.
  • Experience in line management.
  • A brilliant copywriter with a strong grasp of brand consistency.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and building robust internal and external relationships.
