Business Development Manager – Cyber Security

Remote

£35,000 - £45,000 + OTE

Forward Role are exclusively working alongside DigitalXRAID, a well-established Cyber Security company that provides a range of services to protect organizations against cyber threats.

They are now looking for an ambitious and energetic New Business Development Manager to join their 10 person sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity with excellent growth potential into either an Account Management or Team Leadership role in the future.

You will be responsible for creating an effective pipeline and managing the opportunities through to sale.

This requires a driven person who can see opportunities and has the enthusiasm and drive to achieve targets.

You will be focussed on selling DigitalXRAID's core Cyber consultancy services, including Pen Testing, SOC, Risk Management and MSSP solutions.

The Role and Requirements

  • New business hunter with a strong desire for uncapped earnings.
  • Proven determination and tactical approach to lead development.
  • Actively prospect with calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Attend customer meetings and scoping calls.
  • Be determined to build your career as part of a successful team.
  • Must be happy working in a fast-paced, very-competitive, and deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and excellence.

Core Requirements 

  • Proven security solutions or IT services sales experience
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Proven sales track record in meeting sale targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with high-level negotiations
  • Previous experience in a competitive selling role (recruitment etc..)
