Looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team!

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in Hale

Responsibilities:

  • Standardize content for various product modules to ensure consistency, relevance, and user alignment.
  • Optimize data capture, content updates, and additions through efficient processes. Translations:
  • Manage content translations for DragonPass products, collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers.
  • Streamline translation processes and explore new technologies for improvement.
  • Coordinate with Product and Project managers to meet content delivery timelines and prioritize tasks. Copywriting:
  • Collaborate with design team to create content for social channels and establish a brand presence.
  • Develop a distinctive tone of voice and provide guidelines for DragonPass brand terminology and usage.
  • Generate content for the new website and propose regular web updates/articles.
  • Enhance product content in collaboration with UX team to improve user-friendliness.
  • Adapt existing B2B content for the B2C market.
  • Support Product and Sales teams in promoting DragonPass and its suite of products. SEO & Accessibility:
  • Work with Product teams to identify SEO requirements and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct audits with Product Teams to enhance essential tagging for web and app accessibility. Overall:
  • Effectively manage and prioritize workload.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to enhance client products and brand.
  • Possess strong writing, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Demonstrate project management proficiency, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
