Forward Role are working with an award winning Employee Assistance Programme provider who provide 24/7 support to millions of people on behalf of public, private and non-profit businesses of all sizes.

Established over 40 years ago, this business have thousands of counsellors, legal and finance professionals who are available anytime to provide helpful and caring support to keep people on track, as well as an app and online wellbeing resources. 

They are looking to recruit a CRM Executive to join their fast paced, supportive, market leading organisation who will strive to continually improve results, share new ideas and work hard towards common goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the scheduling of prospect and client content (email, webinar, event, gated) making sure it’s relevant and in line with business objectives
• Work closely with the sales, partnership, and client service teams to ensure relevant and valuable content is delivered to audiences
• Manage post campaign analysis and weekly/monthly reporting process, document learnings and best practice and make strategic recommendations for optimisation and future prioritisation
• Develop testing strategies for all aspects of automation to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its services
• Routinely audit the lead database to ensure data is high quality and guarantees compliance

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience with marketing automation software, ideally marketo
• Strong email marketing and campaign experience
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong creative outlook
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and organisational skills
• Desire and ability to work in a fast paced, busy, multi-tasking environment
