CRM Executive - Retail

Up to £28k + bonus

Hybrid working

Warrington (very easily accessible on public transport)

Forward Role are working with an well-known, established, high street brand to recruit a CRM Executive.

They are a fast-paced business with a promote within culture, there is so much opportunity for progression. The Marketing manager started out here as a cashier in one of their stores! They also have courses and training available for those wanting to upskill.

You will have the freedom to own the CRM channel with support of the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team readily available. There is a test and learn mentality and very little red tape when it comes to sign off for new projects and ideas.

You will help the Marketing Manager in the development, execution, and evaluation of all Retail Marketing areas with an emphasis on CRM and encouraging customers to purchase in one of their thousands of shops across the country.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the CRM channels (Emails & SMS), enhancing customer journeys and aiding the whole marketing strategy.

The role:

  • Collaborate with wider teams to create and deliver a communication plan that lines up to business needs.
  • Plan, create, and implement customer communications using all channels, including email & SMS.
  • Enhance customer communications, finding the main areas for growth.
  • Assist in the execution and optimisation of automated workflows and communications.
  • Develop and deliver CRM strategies to advance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Explore new and advanced ways of communicating with customers.
  • Execute competitor analysis and when applicable use to steer growth.

What you will need:

  • Good Excel and data management abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • An interest in sports would be ideal
  • Experience of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
  • Proactive, resourceful, flexible and creative.
  • Graduate’s with an interest in CRM are encouraged to apply
