Having been established for just under 10 years, this eco-friendly lifestyle brand has seen huge success having expanded their product lines and service to a global level across 5 key markets. 

 

You will sit within a highly motivated and successful marketing team spanning across CRM, Digital and Design and be responsible for managing a Marketing Executive. The team shows no signs of slowing down having grown 60% in the last 2 years.

 

Your role as the CRM Manager will include taking responsibility for retention across Email and SMS as well as lead on the commercial strategy to increase revenue through automations and broadcast campaigns. Your background in automations and retention will support your success in this role as well as being data-driven and able to effectively utilise insights.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and instil and ‘test and learn’ approach using A/B testing for multiple campaigns

  • Create a segmentation lifecycle strategy from welcome through to reactivation

  • Manage and optimise campaign content across multiple markets

  • Improve lifetime value, AOV and repurchase rate

  • Report on retention, revenue, channels and metrics

  • Analyse current data sets and execute a strategy to improve key metrics

 

Key skills:

  • Experience in a high growth D2C e-commerce business

  • Previous line management experience

  • Commercially-minded with a strong understanding of data sets and reporting

  • Multi-channel knowledge and experience including Email and SMS

  • Proven track record of instilling retention and loyalty initiatives with high success rates

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills to execute campaigns in line with marketing calendar

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams
