Leading the way on CRM and Retention strategies, this expanding agency are partnered with some of the leading brands in the DTC and Ecommerce space. Working with a range of clients across FMCG, Fashion, Health & Wellness and Start-Ups, the team have no plans to slow down as they hire across CRM and Design.


You will work closely with the founder of the business as well as collaborate with design teams and copywriters, working closely with multiple clients to achieve their vision. You will increase brand engagement through Email and SMS initiatives, as well as focus on loyalty and customer retention. You’ll be a CRM expert, driving performance through implementing best practices and funnel optimisation methodologies.


Key responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for leading on the day to day operations of the CRM channel

  • Develop and implement lifecycle strategies across both Email and SMS - ultimately driving engagement, repeat purchase, retention and LTV

  • Take responsibility for the marketing calendar, strategy, content and deployment of campaigns

  • Use A/B testing to take insights from data - measuring key KPIs and optimising on learnings

  • Report regularly and make recommendations based on performance 

  • Create segmentation strategies to identify appropriate audiences 

  • Manage a range of clients, confidently communicating strategies and key findings

Key skills required:


  • Experience in a previous CRM role (2y+), a bonus if this experience is agency side

  • Experience within the DTC / Ecommerce space (non-negotiable)

  • Strong understanding of ESPs (Klaviyo preferred)

  • Understanding of Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Capability to manage multiple project deadlines and workloads

  • Skilled in CRM best practices and segmentation strategies

  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and ability to use insights from data
