CRM Marketing Lead

Manchester City Centre

Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home)

Circa £40,000 - £50,000

Forward Role are working with an award winning, global recruitment company specialising in providing permanent and temporary staffing solutions across a number of areas such as Technology, Accountancy & Finance and Engineering.

This high-performing and fast-paced business has seen year on year growth. Starting out 20 years ago with 2 people in an office in London, they now have over 700 staff in offices all over the world including New York, Hong Kong, Manchester and Paris and have huge growth plans for the future!

The marketing team has doubled in size but there is still so much room for someone to grow and progress in this role and a great support network to get you there!

This role will report to the Head of Applications and Innovation and work in close partnership with the Marketing team as well as alongside Regional Directors, Senior Members of the Sales Division in addition to Department Heads throughout the operations and support functions.

The role will be crucial in delivering the digital transformation of the Marketing capabilities and effectiveness across the group through Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Head of Application & Innovation and the Marketing Director to scope out and activate long term automation / communication strategies.
  • To co-ordinate the scope & delivery of all BAU and internal campaign requests from the wider business.
  • Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables.
  • Play a pivotal role in building campaigns and journeys, ensuring that every touchpoint is delivering the highest possible impact.
  • Build out sophisticated segmentation within the current Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Hands-on Configuration of systems.
  • Develop & maintain in-depth reports both on an ad-hoc & scheduled basis.
  • Identify & maintain data hygiene best practises

What you will need:

  • Possess a solid understanding of best practises on how to drive high engagement from CRM-based Marketing activation.
  • The confidence and knowledge to challenge current processes & initiatives and identify opportunities to make a real change.
  • Outstanding communication skills, enthusiastic to learn and driven to make a real impact.
  • Strong organisational skills, comfortable with strict deadlines and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Salesforce experience is essential
