Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

Role Overview:

As the CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the B2B and B2C CRM strategy across Email and SMS channels.

Your primary focus will be on driving new customer acquisition, fostering retention, and enhancing customer loyalty.

This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns.

You will utilise data-driven insights to deliver personalized communications, contribute to ongoing test and learn initiatives, and ensure effective segmentation for targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver CRM plans and strategies that encourages customer acquisition, retention and loyalty across B2B and B2C customers.
  • Plan, execute and manage effective and efficient campaigns across Email & SMS CRM channels in line with business and trading objectives
  • Use data to deliver targeted and personalised communications
  • Plan, implement and report on an ongoing test and learn plan to continually optimise and improve CRM communications
  • Effectively segment the data to ensure that CRM campaigns are suitably targeted for maximum conversion
  • Build and manage scheduled, automated and triggered campaigns.
  • Define clear KPIs for campaign success measurement.
  • Report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis and feed results back to STL and wider business, making recommendation for future improvements

Background:

  • Proven experience in a CRM role within an ecommerce trade environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated experience working with databases, data analysis, and segmentation to drive CRM strategies.
  • Extensive experience using CRM/ESP platforms, such as Emarsys, to execute campaigns and drive customer engagement.
  • Results-driven and commercially aware, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
