A retail powerhouse, home to a number of well-loved brands, is looking for a CRO Specialist. The ideal candidate will be innovative, passionate and have a love for experimentation.

As a CRO Specialist, you will be working closely with the CRO Manager to drive the optimisation strategy through the development of roadmaps across testing and personalisation. The role will be working across a selection of websites , identifying areas of growth and opportunity to optimisae the customer journey and increase conversion.  

About the role

  • Plan, deliver and manager testing and personalisation roadmaps
  • Managing the end to end process of testing, from hypothesis, design, build, QA, delivery and analysis
  • Working towards improving digital KPIs through monitoring performance of all tests
  • Produce analysis in to test performance, understanding the impact of tests, trends and the effect on ROI
  • Gain insight from analysis and make recommendations for further changes and improvements
  • Working on personalisation and targeting projects

About you

  • Solid experience working in a CRO / Personalisation role
  • Extensive use of testing and personalisation tools (Monetate, AB Tasty etc,)
  • Deep understanding of A/B Testing and UX best practice
  • Highly analytics with knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Extensive background in calculating A/B test statistical significance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ecommerce environment
