The role will be responsible providing data integrity and management supporting the marketing and communications team in a market leading organisation. With over 2,500 clients and 400,000 customers the organisation is a very well developed market leader always looking for growth. In a constantly growing and developing team you will be providing the analysis to drive business performance and growth. You will be working on organisational campaigns tracking performance providing recommendations for further improvement. Having a direct relationships with stakeholders you will directly affect the organisation.

Role responsibilities:

• Manipulation and extraction of data to be used for the production of effective organisational campaigns
• Hold a responsibility to maintain integrity in organisational data to hold a high standard in efficiency and accuracy
• Delivering ad-hoc data manipulation and reporting for the marketing team
• Be a ‘go-to’ individual within the marketing team for organisational data, identify new opportunities to improve data management
• Work with a range of stakeholders to maintain an understanding of wide organisational data

The ideal candidate would have the following:

• Advanced data analysis experience/ability in Excel
• Experience supporting a marketing team with the management of customer databases
• Experience building dashboards with the ability to present those dashboards to stakeholders
• Experience with data segmentation to support with customer campaigns
