Digital Insight Analyst

Working alongside the marketing team you will provide insight on worldwide organisational campaigns striving to increase profits and have an effect on the market.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing market and customer insight (collection and analysis of appropriate customer, competitor and market data)

• Produce insight for organisational market understanding

• Providing campaign analysis on worldwide ran campaigns, will calculated recommendations for improvement

• Tracking customer journey and data to have a clear understanding on customer base

• Design and build reports to highlight trends and monitor KPI’s

The ideal candidate would have the following:

• Proficient in SQL during data analysis and reporting

• A good understanding of Google Analytics

• Past experience providing marketing analysis, campaign analysis and customer journey analysis

• Experience with the use of a data visualisation tool such as Power Bi or Tableau

• A motivated individual who enjoys a fast paced environment

• Team player – open to assist colleagues and work well in group projects
