The business offer hybrid working, and you can be based from Milton Keynes or Manchester - there may be occassional travel involved.

 

 

The Product team are expanding and recruiting a Digital Optimisation Manager (CRO). You’ll be responsible for optimising the customer experience by solving customer problems whilst achieving business goals, through cycles of data-led experiments.

You’ll shape up the short-to-mid-term CRO roadmap and execute bold experiments that deliver powerful insights. You’ll then collaborate closely with other members of the Product Team to productionise winning experiments.

This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role, where you’ll be working with both internal teams and external partners to make your CRO roadmap a reality.

  • Own the MVT & CRO roadmap – You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Owners, alongside key stakeholders to ensure your roadmap is strategically aligned and solving real problems.
  • Own the testing process end-to-end – From shaping test plans to managing backlogs, scoping out requirements, ensuring the right measurements are in place, execution and analysis of tests, through to making roadmap recommendation based on learnings
  • Lead cross-functional teams to make your roadmap a reality – This includes and coordinating a team that includes UX Research, UX Design, Digital Analysts and Developers. You’ll also manage the relationship with any dedicated CRO partners / agencies. This can also include productionising your winning tests.
  • Continually improve our MVT and A/B testing capabilities – You’ll ensure that we’re keeping up with, and implementing best practice, alongside ensuring that we have the right tools and partners in place.
  • Systematically document and share learnings – You’ll ensure that we have an accessible knowledge base that documents learnings, alongside presenting the results of tests in key forums to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep stakeholders updated and aligned – You’ll support the Product Managers/Owners in ensuring that key stakeholders are kept up to date with progress and are continually aligned around the CRO roadmap.

Knowledge, Skills, Ability & Experience:

  • Direct experience as a CRO Manager, or with extensive A/B testing or MVT experience
  • Experience using Monetate / KIBO to a high standard, or other similar tools
  • Ability to lead CRO roadmaps, and manage agency relationships
  • Experience working on personalisation projects is desirable
  • Highly data driven, ability to identify trends, interpret data and uncover insights
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies and ways to apply the principles in practice.
  • Strong commercial awareness and financially literate.
  • Confident communicator who can effectively get buy-in from the team
  • Can work within constraints and is aware of critical regulatory compliance that applies to QSRs and our products
