Responsibilities:

• Manage website work processes, product setup, content, and optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and SEO to improve web content and discoverability.
• Work with product, brand, and marketing teams to showcase products effectively.
• Oversee digital marketing channels and implement campaigns aligned with strategy.
• Measure and report campaign performance and key metrics.
• Manage marketing budget and track ROI metrics.
• Handle SEO efforts, including keyword research and optimization.
• Monitor and enhance performance of our e-commerce store on Magento 2.
• Manage department budget and coordinate automated systems.
• Ensure accurate stock control for website feeds and orders.

What we want from you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising, or finance.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and ask the right questions.

• Effective influencer and collaborator across various business functions.

• Proficient in presenting to directors and senior management.

• Process-oriented with excellent planning abilities across multiple time horizons.
