Remote Performance Marketing Executive

Salary up to £30k

Fully remote (1 day a month in Manchester city centre offices)**

Forward Role are excited to exclusively partner with an Automotive Retail business as they undergo a period of digital transformation, not just in regards to their Paid accounts but every single aspect of their digital marketing. Historically quite traditional in their processes, the organisation have invested heavily recently in a journey to become digitally focussed through and through - the Performance team sitting at the very heart of some impressive growth targets!

Recruiting a brand new team, the talented Head of Performance requires their new paid hires to assist in off-boarding the accounts from agency, bring in house and build & scale as you both see fit - you'll primarily be working across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display and be directly reporting into a brand new Performance Marketing Manager, whom we are also on the look-out for!

Aside from a once monthly visit to the Manchester office for a team day, you can work this role from anywhere in the UK.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding & showcase a practical ability of working with Paid Search and/or Paid Social platforms and concepts.

  • Manage, own, and constantly find ways of improving the workflow of your team.

  • Responsible for quality of all work output from your team. Regularly review team processes (reports, presentations, tools etc.) for efficiency.

  • Complete internal audits across your accounts & continually evolve.

  • Oversee the end to end Implementation including set-up, management, analytics, tracking, reporting of Paid Search and/or Paid Social accounts.

  • Be an expert in all relevant 3rd party tools & technology.

  • Build & maintain project plans outlining all key tasks for your accounts.

  • Continually review & suggest changes to tactics based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.

  • Accurately forecast potential delivery for your accounts.

  • Help develop the Paid Media department by being innovative and sharing knowledge and processes.

  • Develop a close working relationship with external suppliers such as Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter etc.

Your skills & experience:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in Paid Media – paid search is essential, paid social as an addition would be highly desirable

  • Literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, Google Docs, and experience in SA360 would be highly desirable

  • Effective communication skills

  • Analytical & problem solver
