Influencer Outreach Executive

Main responsibilities:

• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies in the beauty industry
• Responsible for a percentage of monthly budgets, working with the outreach manager
• Brainstorming for influencer campaigns, in line with business KPIs
• Managing the influencer contracts and ambassador activation plans
• Deliver the strategy across all relevant social platforms and talent roster
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Track the performance of campaigns and on-board new creators
• Use of tools including Excel, Google Analytics and other influencer reporting platforms
• Posting organic content across all social media platforms

Experience needed:

• Excellent communicator, skilled at fostering relationships and negotiating contracts
• Budget management experience (£5k - £10k per month) in influencer collaborations
• Proficient in Excel and campaign tracking platforms for reporting
• Organised with strong administrative skills
• Expert proposal development skills
• Familiarity with event reporting and best practices
• Passion for female beauty/fashion industry
