Lead UX Designer – Hybrid/Bury – £70k

Forward Role have partnered with one of the UK’s leading sports retailers as they are looking for an experienced UX lead to be figurehead of the team their growing team!

You’ll be at the heart of all digital projects going through the brand. Working across digital launches, web & app re-builds, mapping user journeys, innovative campaigns and more. The role balances project focus from a UX process POV, guiding the team in calling the plays and executing suitable UX processes for each project briefed into the team giving you the opportunity to help build out the UX team.

They have exciting projects in the pipeline alongside ambitious growth plans so they are looking for someone who has great interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for UX/UI Design!

Ideal Skills / Experience

• Extensive experience of using a range of design techniques from workshopping, concepting through to prototyping to communicate and validate design solutions.
• Experienced in managing/leading teams.
• Usability and A/B testing.
• Proactive and passionate about understanding of current and emerging UX/UI trends.
