The Role:

This is a newly created role, working for a talented Head of Marketing, who will act as a mentor and with whom you’ll help devise and deliver the Marketing strategy. Selected duties:

  • Create an inbound marketing plan
  • Deliver target number of marketing generated enquiries via a mix of marketing channels, including social media, SEO, website conversion, social/online advertising and email marketing at an acceptable CPA.
  • Create or commission content as identified in the plan including but not limited to, web pages, blog posts, social media posts and graphics, emails, video and banner ads.
  • Set up campaign measurement, produce results and KPI reports, analyse successes and failures, and aim for a process of continual improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with sales team to increase chances of successful campaigns, sharing insights and information, making sure activities are aligned and winning trust.
  • Help to set up and use a marketing CRM to help manage campaigns, give a single customer view and report on performance.
  • Define automated customer journeys on the website and input into creation of chatbot journeys using SenseHQ.

The Candidate:

  • Experience of creating inbound marketing campaigns within B2B professional services
  • Track record of successful lead generation campaigns through digital channels
  • Someone who can personally manage SEO and website conversion, plus run sponsored LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Well versed in keyword research, looking at TAM, suggesting content ideas, addressing technical errors on site etc.
  • Expertise in creating email campaigns (via Mailchimp to begin with).
  • Detailed, analytical and completer/finisher
  • Develops strong relationships with the Sales team
