We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Clients’ Retail Brand to maximise their revenue streams through their eCommerce platform and help them drive new and existing customer traffic through effective digital marketing strategies.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategies, with a focus on driving traffic to our ecommerce website and Amazon marketplace. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of Paid Search (PPC & Shopping), Paid Social (Meta), Content Marketing, Brand, Website and CRM / Email Marketing strategies and campaigns.

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive traffic to our ecommerce website through various methods of marketing from Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Performance Marketing (PPC, Shopping, Paid Social), Content Marketing, CRM, Email Marketing and Website Management
  • Working closely with an external third party who manages our PPC channels and support in the planning and optimising paid search (PPC and Shopping Ads)
  • Being hands on across paid social (Meta Ads and other emerging social media platforms) and CRM management / email marketing campaigns to meet company objectives
  • Strong understanding on the principles of brand marketing and the different forms of communication channel to target our customers using various forms of content marketing and always ensuring the brands tone of voice is maintained
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Interpreting data and conveying it to the team to guide future content creation and analysing the test and learn mentality across our digital marketing channels.
  • Reporting on digital marketing performances, keeps track of results through our KPIs e.g. ROAS, CLTV and Conversion metrics.
  • Conducting market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional Global Marketing Teams including product, design and operations to ensure alignment with overall company strategy and develop our digital content marketing plan across social media, blog and email.
  • Creating and managing budgets for all marketing campaigns.
  • Managing relationships with internal marketing teams, external agencies and freelancers.

It’s essential that you have worked in either an eCommerce, Direct to Consumer Product Brand, Online Retail or Brand Industry previously and you come with a commercially focused marketing skillset and is digitally savvy where you understand data to interpret how to attract new and existing customers buy through a range of marketing channels. You will have experience in marketing campaigns particularly around digital acquisition channels like paid social where you will need to have had hands on experience of executing campaigns whilst having a broader depth of experience across a range of other marketing channels so you can elevate conversations and inspire internal stakeholders and external third parties.
