We are currently seeking a motivated Marketplace Executive eager to embark on a journey of learning and career development in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. This exciting role offers exposure to various facets of marketing, including international marketplaces, importing, exporting, and digital paid advertising campaigns. Comprehensive training and support will be provided as you navigate your career across the Amazon and Ebay channels.

Role:

• Oversee the fulfillment process for Amazon products, managing forecasting, restocking, and coordination with Buying and Warehouse departments for both UK and international deliveries.
• Manage Amazon and Ebay store listings, collaborating with the Design department to create captivating imagery assets for storefront promotion and ensure up-to-date product content.
• Ensure optimal utilization of image content through effective imagery management, working closely with the Design and e-commerce teams.
• Analyze returns and act as the voice of the customer, identifying issues and collaborating with buying departments, providing relevant reports to track progress.
• Support SEO efforts by working with the marketplace team to optimize product listings through copy and title localization/translation.
• Monitor operational activities' performance and compliance to meet contractual requirements across all markets.
• Assist the Marketplace Manager and provide support to the Marketplace team.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a marketplace or product merchandise environment is advantageous.
• Excellent Excel skills and a proficiency in numbers are crucial for success in this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with senior management, external agencies, and organizations.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a positive can-do attitude.
• Capability to work within deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work both independently, using own initiative, and collaboratively within a team.
