Main Duties

The responsibilities of a Marketplaces Executive encompass a broad spectrum and are expected to include:

• Assuming responsibility for SKU optimization and listings

• Executing and managing new product uploads

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure all assets are prepared for launch

• Working closely with the Head of Product on deal, launch, and new product strategy

• Coordinating with the marketing team to align goals and enhance sales

• Providing updates to Customer Service on any issues

• Generating weekly internal sales reports

• Adopting a proactive approach to inventory planning and trend analysis, collaborating with relevant departments to meet order fulfillment rate targets

• Taking ownership and managing tasks through marketplace platforms

• Monitoring chargeback levels, implementing strategies, and offering support to reduce occurrences

• Assisting with marketplace ads

• Utilizing all available analytics tools to maximize growth opportunities in existing ranges and new products through in-depth analysis

• Building relationships to ensure smooth account-related activities

• Undertaking ad hoc projects and tasks within the company

• Actively dedicating time to learn and develop Amazon & eBay skills through webinars, podcasts, forums, and more. Marketplaces are continually evolving, and it is your responsibility to comprehend changes and maximize potential.
