Job Title: Penetration Tester 

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £500 per day DOE

We're looking for a forward-thinking contract Penetration Tester with AWS/Cloud experience that can push themselves to new heights. If you are fed-up with reporting, travelling, and getting weary of the typical pen testing ways then take a look in our direction! We are looking for someone to come in an pick up projects and work to deadlines along side the Head of PenTesting.

Are you sick of writing reports?

If so this is the role for you! You will be freed from writing reports and banging your head against the wall when you microsoft work crashes and you lose all the work you've done.

What are your responsibilities?

Deliver high quality projects including:

  • Perform comprehensive penetration tests on AWS/Cloud environments.
  • Utilise both manual and automated testing methods to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of security controls and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement remediation strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AWS/Cloud security trends, tools, and best practices.

What we would like to see from you! 

  • Proven experience as a Penetration Tester, with a focus on AWS/Cloud environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud security architecture.
  • Familiarity with penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus).
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, OSCP, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
