Location: Remote First - Occasional Travel
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year

With a substantial budget dedicated to paid search advertising, they are looking for a talented PPC Manager to lead their paid search efforts and drive our online presence to new heights.
As the PPC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns to drive qualified leads and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximise ROI on a substantial PPC budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid search strategies to achieve business objectives and maximise ROI.
- Manage, monitor, and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a B2B or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research and audience targeting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.
