Programmatic Display Manager – Domino’s Pizza

The Programmatic Display Manager will be responsible for driving the display roadmap and strategy ensuring the team have a cohesive approach to their programmatic display channels. You’ll be responsible for optimising and growing national and local media to drive customers to Dominos UK and IRE by working closely with internal teams and their external agency partners. This role will cover the UK & Ireland markets, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from international markets to share best practice and lead by example.

You will be challenged with lots of responsibility but given the opportunity to lead on some of their biggest, best performing channels as well as build strong partnership relationships with partners like Google and media agencies to ensure we are front of mind and test partners for Beta trials.

Main Responsibilities

  • Excellent understanding of digital ad tech platforms that focus on ad server, analytics and attribution services, and how they connect to both programmatic and direct IO display activation
  • Communicate advanced programmatic strategies, bidding mechanisms and levers within a programmatic platform for external and internal stakeholders
  • Working with partners to be included in BETA opportunities and new publisher offerings
  • Ability to set realistic KPIs for appropriate measurement across multiple DSPs, formats and strategies Lead the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap alongside our customer acquisition team to evolve our future capabilities in audience segmentation and advertising optimization across programmatic and the future ‘cookieless’ web
  • Work extremely closely with our national and local marketing teams to deliver holistic audience approach for our display media
  • Manage and work with external agencies to ensure we are operating both effectively and efficiently Monitor daily and weekly performance of digital display campaigns across various marketing objectives, improving marketing efficiency, and being responsible for key priorities.
  • Connect shopper journeys across SEM, social media, and display marketing
  • Turn complex data into clear and practical insights
  • Bring local marketing plans to life across display and programmatic advertising, with benchmark tracking and sharing after action campaign wrap-ups

Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in trading programmatic display campaigns – either in house or agency
  • Very structured and organized approach to performance data; proficient levels in excel and analytics & skilled in data modelling (visualization tools a big plus but not essential)
  • Advanced analytical skills (i.e. MS Excel VLOOKUPs)
  • Functional knowledge across multiple marketing levers including native advertising, and programmatic buying
  • Approachable and supportive management style
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomacy and relationship-management skills
  • Good understanding of DSP capabilities, DMP technology and digital ad tech stack
