Do you have solid background in developing & launching new propositions for products and services?

Forward Role are currently partnered with a major retailer to find new Proposition Leads to join their growing team. They are looking for talented individuals who come from a product or propositions background to join like-minded innovators to provide new solutions which will create a buzz for their customers.

More about the role…

• Define customer propositions from understanding of customer behavior and emerging opportunities in the market.
• Establish research needs and methodology to support new product and service development.
• Identify new product and service propositions whilst working closely with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports and assessments to inform the business at all levels.

What you will need…

• Solid background in propositions within a product or service environment.
• Experience working across digital and physical channels.
• Commercially driven as well as creative.
• Strong stakeholder management and presenting skills.
