Salary up to £35k

Prestwich – office based

Are you an Affiliates Executive / Snr Executive, longing to have complete ownership and autonomy over your own affiliates account? Would love to have control over significant budgets, with you leading on how and where it will be spent? Are wanting a clear progression path, which would see you progress as the business rapidly grows, to Affiliate Manager and build out your own team from under you?

Forward Role are proud to be supporting one of the fastest growing online retailers in the UK, as they look to build out their digital team in an exciting period of hyper-growth. Sitting in a dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Marketing function, you will be the sole Affiliate lead seeking out new partnership opportunities on a daily basis, while developing long-term relationships directly with affiliates.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Manage the Affiliates program, raising the businesses profile to be the go-to brand within their market
  • Generate profitable year-on-year revenue growth
  • Achieve budgeted KPIs
  • Initiate and develop long-term relationships with key affiliates
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and the wider business
  • Report on and analyse affiliate performance, keeping abreast of the competition

Your skills & experience:

  • 2 years’ experience managing Affiliate programmes
  • Experience in working in a fast paced Retail / eCommerce environment
  • Ability to use Google Analytics and Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel)
  • Exposure to Affiliate network management tools (e.g. AWIN)
  • Excellent timekeeping and organisation
  • Proactive, self-starter
