Forward Role are working with an established, high growth, retail business to recruit a Senior CRM Manager.

As Senior CRM Manager you will lead a small team and be responsible for managing the creation, planning & delivery of the CRM global strategy across e-mail & app to enhance customer engagement & retention and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic CRM plan and product roadmap to enhance customer value and channel contribution and deliver important strategic initiatives.
  • Initiate the scheduling & planning of CRM Communications (BAU, customer lifecycle programs, automated, behavioural) to match trading & business initiatives
  • Collaborate with wider teams to outline & understand customer segments that direct content & contact tactics to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Teams to find areas to enhance and improve the loyalty programme to increase LTV.
  • Team up with the translations team to make sure translated CRM content is planned & scheduled in-line with campaign activity.
  • Evaluate creative & design work productively to generate effective communications that heighten revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance in CRM channels during trading meetings.
  • Lead the CRM Team in reporting on channel performance and sharing insights and future recommendations

Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:

  • Prior experience in a CRM Management role is crucial.
  • Marketing experience in the Retail and E-Commerce industry is extremely beneficial (in-house or agency)
  • Experience of a CRM/ESP tool such as Emarsys
  • Commercial mindset and creative skills
  • Experience in managing and developing a team
  • Capability to confront business direction if not in-line with business goals.
  • Excellent presentation and numerical skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Capacity to turn complicated data into actionable insight and suggestions.
