Senior Insight Analyst

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid

£35,000 - £55,000

The innovative FinTech business are on a rapid and ambitious growth journey. As an Insight Analyst you will be joining a constantly evolving centralised analytics team within a data driven business. The team are passionate, commercial, and entrepreneurial supporting various teams across the company by delivering data driven insights, with actionable recommendations. To support the companies continued growth plans, they are recruiting an Insight Analyst to drive business strategy with the use of data. You will be providing analytical support and insight to a variety of departments with a focus on lender and pricing data.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed and insightful analysis, to identify gaps and areas of opportunity, to enable growth and maximise performance.
• Make data driven recommendations, introducing new initiative to enhance customer experience.
• Implement and management measurement and performance of new initiatives and identifying areas of improvements.
• Make recommendations for and manage A/B tests to drive user experience and conversion.
• Champion data across the business, whilst striving to improve self-serve reporting capabilities.
• Work in collaboration with stakeholders at all levels (up to board level), understanding requirements and business questions, presenting complex data and finding back to non-technical audiences in a commercial way.
• Continuously promote the use of data and analytics in business decision making.
• Maintain accuracy in all analysis and support departments with automated and self-serve reporting.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience in a similar commercially focused Insight Analytics role
• Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and gravitas to present to senior stakeholders
• Strong SQL and Excel skills are essential
• Self-starter & ability to manage stakeholders
• Ability to tell a simple story from complex data
• Experience of providing insight and making recommendations
• Knowledge of Tableau is desirable, but not essential
