Due to massive growth that shows no signs of slowing this highly successful e-commerce brand that has taken the market by storm with its innovative product are looking for a Senior PPC/ Paid Search Manager to come in manage the overall implementation and apply the PPC strategy for the brand.

With the company currently at 70 people and the marketing team at 5 you will have a real opportunity to own accountability for PPC performance and manage the end to end process.

You will be great at creating, deploying and running paid campaigns across Google media (particularly YouTube/ Video)

The following four areas are a priority in their strategy for this role:

  • Video: Their tactic relies heavily on video content, and in the last 2 years they've had over 90 million video views and over 200 million impressions across all platforms from their ads.

  • Lead Generation Optimisation: Their sales and marketing funnel is anchored on a lead generation method, all digital marketing is optimised towards generating email leads, which are then converted into sales via email invite.

  • Crowd Funding/ Launch Approach: The core of their marketing strategy is rooted in the crowd-funding marketing approach.

  • Growth Hacking: They've achieved performance of 1,000% overall ROAS with previous marketing campaigns.
