Unit4 HR and Payroll System Developer
The HR/Payroll System Developer works in the Business World team to maintain the ERP system and progress the quality and reliability of the data, and improve the effect of the reporting, efficiency, and effectiveness of the system.
The U4BW team operates with an assigned leader for all of the different modules individually for the system (Payroll, HR, Procurement, Finance etc.). The HR/Payroll System Developer is the principal lead and relationship manager for senior staff in the organisation on the HR and Payroll modules. You will therefore communicate and build strong relationships with the Head of Transaction Services, Head of Resource and Reward, HR Business Partner Manager, Director of OD and Learning, and Head of Learning & Performance, as well as other key users.
The job necessitates the applicant to have a mixture of HR, payroll, system, analytical and personal skills to enhance the system and improve it as part of the wider team, for present and upcoming business requirements.
- HR / Payroll Qualification
- Understanding of SQL or other coding principles
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject
- Experience of managing and improving a HR/Payroll System
- Experience of Unit4 Business World ERP
