You’ll work as part of the Unit4 Business World team to support the ERP system to maintain and improve the quality and integrity of the data, as well as improve the impact of the reporting, efficiency, and effectiveness of the system as a awhole.

Within the U4BW team, this organisation have an allocated lead for each of the modules of the system… Payroll, HR, Procurement and Finance.

The System Accountant is the Principal Lead in the organisation on the purchase to pay transactions and finance elements. You’ll therefore liaise and build strong relationships   with the Head of Transaction Services, Head of Financial Reporting and Head of Finance Business Partnering , as well as other key stakeholders.

The role requires the candidate to have a combination of finance, system, analytical and personal skills to optimise the system and develop it as part of the wider team, for current and future business needs.

Requirements

• CCAB Qualification or equivalent
• Understanding of SQL or other coding principles for supporting an ERP system
• Degree or equivalent level of experience in related subjects
• Extensive experience with managing, operating and improving financial accounting systems
• Experience of Business World Agresso Unit4 ERP System
