Forward Role are working with a family owned, established, global leader in premium Home Decor to recruit a CRM Manager.

They are home to some of the most premium well known brands including Laura Ashley, Joules and Next.

They have recently invested in the best e-commerce tech and Customer Data Platform meaning that you will have all the tools you will need to excel in this role and customer loyalty, sales and the CRM Channel forward.

This is a brand new role created to work on the D2C side of the business across their 2 brands and manage a CRM Exec.

You will join a 21 strong marketing team made up of Product Managers, Marketing Execs, Brand / Design, Social and PR.

The role:

  • Construct and manage behaviour driven, targeted campaigns built on distinct specified customer segments.
  • Create and put in place a strategy to push forward the databases for all territories – setting growth KPI’s and thriving to accomplish these.
  • Create and put in place the communications plan for all territories – including planning activity to certain segments and briefing / authorising applicable creative.
  • Create and put in place and develop the behavioural email programme – detect new segments and chances to nurture the database, while directing customers through the purchase funnel.
  • Develop and implement a plan to communicate with our trade account customers.
  • Be an expert user of the Customer Data Platform and schedule, deliver and optimise activity.
  • Create and put in place a tactical plan for corresponding communications alongside the email programme (SMS, Facebook, Google Ads and onsite experiences) to expand the database.
  • Enhance the use of the loyalty platform and incorporate this into appropriate communications.
  • Create benchmarks for performance and report to the broader business on applicable KPIs.

What you will need:

  • Experience of using an ESP or CDP platform
  • Experience generating and managing customer segments & behaviour led targeted CRM programmes
  • Experience of managing people beneficial (not essential)
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Capability to work at a fast pace in a high-performance team
  • Strategic thinker and decision maker
  • Confident with data and logic and use these to make strategic decisions.
