Hey I’m Abbie and I’m a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Marketing here at Forward Role. Prior to this I worked in Further Education recruitment for 5 years recruiting Teachers, Assessors and Learning Support Assistants for Colleges across the North West.

I was born in Yorkshire but have moved around the country a little bit, studying in Newcastle for 3 years and then living in Manchester for 5 years. In-between that I spent a summer in New York teaching kids to swim at a summer camp. I am now living back in rural Yorkshire but I’ll always be a city girl at heart!

When I’m not at work I like to go Camping, Cornwall and Wales being some of my favourite places. I’m a big foodie, whether it’s experimenting in the kitchen cooking new things, trying out all the different restaurants Manchester has to offer or a bottomless brunch with the girls. When it’s time to relax and unwind I like to get in a bath full of bubbles with a good book and a glass of wine.

Meerkat – very sociable and loves the sunshine
