IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support)

Forward Role have partnered with the UK's leading provider of essential services to small businesses, and they are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Leeds.
If you are looking for a role where you are the first point of contact for all technical issues then this is perfect for you. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service, managing and resolving support tickets in a timely manner and escalating any major issues where appropriate.
This role would be based in the Leeds office, however you would be required to travel to the Grimsby office (once a month or so) to support the staff there also, therefore a vehicle is essential.
What we need from you:
Previous experience supporting colleagues with technical issues from either an IT support background or as a technology subject matter expert in an office environment.
A good understanding of IT systems and applications including Office 365, Windows 10, VPNs, and a basic understanding of networking.
A good understanding of Active Directory is desired alternatively a basic understanding of account management and password resets.
