Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a successful B2B multi-discipline marketing professional to create and deliver sector and product strategies through sales driving and brand-building marketing activities across a commercial portfolio.

The role offers significant variety through its contribution to UK B2B sectors as well as having a specialism with ownership of a high priority vertical.

Your passion for success and excellent project and stakeholder management and communication skills will be key to effectively delivering in a complex matrix-style structure.

Together with your strong marketing skillset, excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills – all crucial, for market/customer/activity analysis to drive continuous growth and performance improvement.

We’re looking for:

  • 6 years + experience in a generalist Marketing role
  • Experience of delivering and managing B2B multi-channel marketing activity and campaigns - significant evidence of having developed effective customer insight and translated this into successful customer propositions and initiatives across the channel mix
  • Digital marketing skillset
  • CMS literacy – Wordpress preferable
  • CRM competency – Microsoft Dynamics preferable
  • Marketing/Content/Demand Automation experience
  • Insight driven and outcome focused; able to demonstrate ROI
  • Commercially astute with strong reporting/presentation skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with solid project management skills
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and to take responsibility for driving delivery of key projects
  • Agency and budget management and reporting competency
