Marketing Manager

If so, come and join the high performing marketing function for a fantastic opportunity to lead the marketing strategy and drive sales.

Our client is looking to add another high achieving multi-discipline marketing professional to their growing team. You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering the product marketing strategy - driving sales driving and building the brand across our commercial portfolio. This new role offers huge variety through its contribution to UK B2B sectors and delivering across all channels, as well as having product specialism.

Your passion for success, ability to work autonomously and goals driven focus, together with your strong marketing skillset, excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills, will enable you to drive the growth in this prioritised area of the business.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience of delivering and managing B2B multi-channel marketing activity and campaigns - significant evidence of having developed effective customer insight and translated this into successful customer propositions and initiatives across the channel mix

  • Digital marketing skillset, including SEO/PPC/CRO/SMO

  • CMS literacy – Wordpress preferable

  • CRM competency – Microsoft Dynamics preferable

  • Marketing/Content/Demand Automation experience

  • Insight driven and outcome focused; motivated and able to demonstrate results and ROI

  • Commercially astute with strong reporting/presentation skills

  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Highly organised with solid project management skills

  • Ability to work without direct supervision and to take responsibility for driving delivery of key initiatives

  • Agency and budget management and reporting competency

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing or related subject and maintains Marketing CPD

  • Minimum of 5+ years in a generalist Marketing role is desirable
