Meet the Team

​Hi I’m Adam, I’m a Recruitment Consultant specialising in analytics, insight and optimisation recruitment at Forward Role. I graduated from university doing Information Technology Management in Business which was the reason for joining Recruitment in an IT sector. I have come from a Sales background with my most previous role being a door to door salesman. 

Born in Poland (which is visible from the long last name), I moved to Lancaster when I was 5 years old and living in Manchester has always been the goal. Due to being a Man City fan and sick of driving an hour to watch the games!

In my spare time I either go to the gym or play football if I’m feeling active. Passionate about music spending majority of time with my Airpod’s in, or analysing a newly dropped album with my friends. You can catch me on the weekend watching the City game or going for a drink and catching up with mates.
