I am working with one of the of the UKs most successful e-commerce businesses. This company is number 1 within its sector in the UK, and is growing rapidly. The Digital Campaigns Lead is a newly created position. This person will play a key role in the development and execution of industry leading marketing campaigns and creative content strategies.
Key responsibilities
Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate campaigns and marketing channels. Campaigns will include a range of channels such as website, email newsletter campaigns, social media, reviews, on-site and off-site content production, blogs, video, offline media advertising and more
Drive differentiation of marketing campaigns through creative idea generation through to delivery.
Manage the update and maintenance of the website and other digital channels.
Strengthen relationships with external stakeholders to support the marketing objectives of new and existing manufacturer partners.
Liaise with partners on products launches, incentives and seasonal offers.
Maintain a commercial promotions calendar and work with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Ensure client expectations are met in terms of partnership commitments.
Plan, implement and monitor all campaigns and deliver a positive ROI.
Lead the creation and delivery of an annual content calendar, increasing the current output significantly.
Work closely with other departments to plan marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing brand awareness, generating sales, and increasing the volume of returning customers.
Report regularly data and insights from our digital portfolio.
Stay ahead of trends in digital and content marketing to ensure we remain best in class.
Key skills
Focus on being a manager for direct reports
Previous experience in Marketing Campaign ideation, creation, delivery, management etc.
Proven experience in a content/ website management level role is desirable
Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
Experience of managing a small team
Track record of day-to-day delivery capability in a fast paced and autonomous environment.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and prioritise workflows when ad hoc tasks are introduced
