With huge aspirations to become a national brand, there is the need for someone to head up all digital and ecommerce activity. You will be pivotal in devising and implementing the digital strategy, driving customer awareness, increasing traffic and improving conversion.

Key responsibilities:

Own the digital and ecommerce strategy. Explore opportunities for growth across varies channels
Build a vision – who is the customer? Where is the customer? How can we attract and convert these customers?
Drive awareness of the brand through varies marketing and digital channels
Research the customer, understanding how to target and retarget the target audience. Explore channels such as social media, affiliates, influencers
Manage PPC and SEO campaigns and delegate to an in-house Acquisition Manager
Drive conversion online
Pick apart the user journey, find the pain points and understand why customers are dropping off. Implement new features and make necessary web changes to capture the user
Use analytical tools to identify opportunities for improvement. Test proposed solutions and feedback any wins and findings
Understand the customers needs online - what is driving calls to the contact centre? How can these be minimised?
Implement new technology to improve the user experience
Build a first class team to ensure ambitions are realised
