International E-commerce Manager

Forward Role have exclusively partnered with Dr.Wolff to bring you this incredibly exciting opportunity!

I am looking for an ambitious E-commerce & Marketplace Manager who is looking for that next opportunity for a company where they will be given the autonomy to improve all Online Sales channels. You will have a proven strategic vision and execute a comprehensive e-commerce and marketplace strategy set out by yourself & Head of E-commerce, Multi-channel experience (On site, Amazon Celler & Retail Marketplace channels) as well as having a customer centric approach.

  • The role requires full time in the office initially to ensure integration with upcoming projects, getting to know the brands and implementation of the UK strategy.

  • Opportunity to travel for business trips and collaboration across the different markets

  • Integration with the international team based in Bielefeld, Germany.

  • Role will be matrix – reporting into the Head of Ecom based in Germany whilst sitting in the UK team

Tasks:

Management and Optimization of eCommerce Channels:

  • Take charge of overseeing and optimizing presence on various eCommerce platforms, including marketplaces and online shops.

Unified Brand Strategy Implementation:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seamless consistency of brand presence across all digital channels, implementing a unified brand strategy.

Planning, Execution, and Analysis of Digital Marketing Activities:

  • Collaborate closely with Digital Unit "eWolff" and Brand Managers to meticulously plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring and Insightful Reporting:

  • Regularly monitor the performance of our digital channels and campaigns, utilizing relevant KPIs. Offer insightful recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Continuous Brand Development in eCommerce:

  • Initiate and implement ideas to enhance brand's presence in the eCommerce space, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Omnichannel Expertise:

  • Collaborate with Retailer partners to drive the .com business through Brilliant basics, showcasing expertise as the omnichannel specialist.

Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in managing eCommerce key accounts and online shops

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices

  • Have hands-on experience and understanding of managing large data sets

  • Be confident in suggesting and implementing improvements to eCommerce websites

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
