Senior E-commerce Executive - Hybrid - Cheshire

As the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales through strategic activation and development of key marketing tactics. Your responsibilities encompass spearheading new customer acquisition channels, collaborating with the broader marketing team to enhance service for our existing customer base, and contributing to the management of our website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budget recommendations, strategically allocating resources across campaigns and channels to align with overarching business objectives.

• Formulate advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

• Manage multiple agencies and media partners across SEO, Paid Media, and Web Development, ensuring alignment with brand targets and project advancement.

• Provide clear communication of objectives, budgets, and assets to agency partners.

• Create monthly content plans for Email marketing, working closely with the Marketing team.

• Craft engaging and commercially driven Email campaigns that resonate with our brand's tone of voice and business objectives.

• Continuously analyze marketing performance across all channels, identifying optimization opportunities and remaining agile to changes throughout the year.

• Manage website content, including new product launches, collection & landing pages, and homepage updates.

• Develop website functionality and usability with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), User Experience (UX), and SEO best practices.

• Oversee customer community schemes & platforms, including reviews, referrals, and loyalty programs.

• Provide monthly and ad hoc reports on channel performance, highlighting areas for focus and improvement.

Essential skills:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Digital and/or Ecommerce roles.

• Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing ecosystem, with expertise in Paid, Organic, and Email marketing.

• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and performance trends effectively.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Excel.

• Strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
