They are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to work across all aspects of marketing including campaign and brand support, website management, portal management, content creation, internal communications, events and activations, community engagement and social media and general marketing support.

This is a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

Deliver brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across a growing residential portfolio, supporting pre-launch and launch activity.
Manage websites, resident portals and property listings, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and optimised for performance.
Create and manage content across social media, email, blogs and internal communications, using Canva/Adobe and supporting short-form video activity.
Coordinate events, activations and internal communications, working with suppliers, partners and internal teams to drive engagement.
Monitor campaign, web and social performance, manage marketing budgets and work cross-functionally with leasing, operations and development teams to support enquiries, occupancy and retention.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years' experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency)
Full UK driving licence
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
Strong initiative and self-motivation
Passion for marketing and desire to keep learning
