Forward Role is recruiting for a growing, social-first aesthetics brand with a genuinely loyal following, and they're investing in marketing as they scale. You'll be part of a small team, where you'll set the direction of socials and get stuck into content creation yourself.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in mapping a social strategies, while still enjoying creating content where needs be, although you'll have a team owning this. The ideal person will know how to drive sales through socials, tell stories and drive brand awareness.
The role:
✨ Own social strategy across all platforms (Insta & TikTok being the main) - leads, brand awareness, reach
✨ Manage and develop a Social Media Executive
✨ Lead influencer marketing - choosing the right partners and setting how you'll work with them
✨ Drive storytelling across product launches and brand moments
✨ Get hands-on with content when the team needs it
✨ Work closely with marketing and ecommerce, with commercial awareness baked into every decision
✨ Shape the brand's visual identity across social
What you'll need:
✨ Proven experience owning social strategy - budgeting, campaigns
✨ Sharp understanding of platform nuance: Instagram vs TikTok vs Pinterest, and why
✨ Influencer marketing know-how
✨ Commercially minded - you get how social drives leads and revenue
✨ A natural storyteller
✨ Confident managing a team member while staying hands-on
✨ Thrives in a fast-paced, growing business
