Hi, I’m Charlotte, and I joined Forward Role on Star Wars day 2021 (May 4th, obviously) as Office Administrator on the Support Team. This is my first foray into the world of recruitment, as my previous experience is in the hospitality and service industry. There I honed my skills in multitasking, communication and liaising, which I decided to put to good use in an office environment.

Here at Forward Role I support my team by taking care of contracts, compliance and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Outside of work I love to dance, bake and play video games! I have a dedicated games room in my house where I keep all my nerd stuff – it even has a mini fridge. I also love to cosplay, and have participated in photography shoots with friends all over the country.
